Jaroslawl is back with his wisdom and I am thrilled to welcome you back to our own kitchen. We’ve given it a fresh coat of paint and in today’s video, I have lots of healthy recipes using the sandwich maker to share with you.

I’m sure most of you have a sandwich maker lying around, so we decided to put it to good use. These recipes are perfect for a quick, easy and healthy meal to take to work or for those times when you just don’t feel like cooking. So, let’s get started!

First up, we have a tuna melt sandwich. I have a bio cucumber here, which you can eat with the skin on. Simply slice it into thin strips and add it to your filling. For the filling, I’ve used a live cream cheese, in this case, the Brunch brand, but you can use any brand you prefer. Mix in some tuna, salt and pepper, and spread it on the bread.

Next, we have a turkey and cheese sandwich using sliced turkey breast and Leerdammer cheese. It’s a super creamy and juicy combination, and the turkey and cheese provide a good source of protein.

For those who prefer a vegetarian option, we have a tomato and mozzarella sandwich. Simply slice up some cocktail tomatoes and place them on the bread with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Add some mozzarella cheese and toast it up.

Lastly, we have a peanut butter and banana sandwich. Spread some peanut butter on the bread, add sliced bananas, close it up and toast it until golden brown.

Remember to give the sandwich maker a quick spray with cooking oil so that the bread doesn’t stick, and voila! You have a delicious and healthy meal. You can even pack these sandwiches in your lunchbox and reheat them in the microwave the next day.
