Die ultimative Oreotorte | OREO-Geburtstagstorte zum Nachbacken | Kikis Kitchen

Hello my dears! I hope you’re all doing well and are in the mood for something delicious today because I have a fantastic recipe for you. I recently made an Oreo cake for my dad, who loves all things Oreo, and it turned out so well that I just had to share it with you. I know some of you saw it on my vlog and asked me to make a video on it, so here it is!

To get started, I’ve already prepared my chocolate sponge cake. If you need a recipe for that, I have a separate video on it, so no worries. For this recipe, we’re going to need some Oreo cookies, both crushed and with their filling scraped off. We’ll also need some cocoa (drinking cocoa), mascarpone, vanilla extract, whipping cream stabilizer, powdered sugar, and whipping cream.

First, we’re going to make the whipped cream. It’s important that the cream is fresh out of the fridge and really cold, and the whisk attachment and bowl should also be chilled. Add the cream to the bowl, whip it for around 30 seconds, then add 8 teaspoons of cream stabilizer and keep whipping until it’s fully stiff. Now, we can add in the mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and more cream stabilizer to make the filling.

Next, we’ll scrape the filling off the Oreos and crush them up finely, leaving a small amount for decoration later. We’ll use the crushed Oreos to make the filling for the cake, and then add layers of chocolate sponge cake (which has been soaked in cocoa) and the Oreo filling until the cake is assembled. Let it chill in the fridge for around 30 minutes, then remove the cake ring and coat the cake with a lighter cream (without the Oreos) to prevent it from drying out.

After letting the cake chill for 2 hours, we’ll add a chocolate drip around the edge and pipe rosettes of the cream on top. Decorate with the remaining Oreos and let the cake chill for another 10-15 minutes to firm up the chocolate drip.

And voila! The perfect Oreo cake is complete. It’s light and airy, not too heavy or rich, and has just the right amount of Oreo flavor. It’s perfect for a birthday cake, but really can be enjoyed on any occasion. If you’re a fan of Oreo cookies or just looking for a delicious cake recipe to try, this one is definitely worth a shot.

Remember to check out the exact measurements in the description box, and leave a thumbs up if you enjoyed the video. Thank you so much for watching, my dears!
