🤤 Die ULTIMATIVE Schokotorte backen : Einfach, fluffig und lecker! | Rezept von Sugarprincess 👌🏼

Hello and welcome to Sugar Princess! Today I am going to show you a delicious cake that is an absolute indulgence. It’s a creamy, dark, moist, and insane chocolate cake. I am baking this cake for my oldest daughter Sophie on her eighteenth birthday. As you may know, Sophie also loves baking, and she helps me publish some of the recipes on my channel. She loves chocolate, sugar, and all things sweet, so this cake is perfect for her 18th birthday.

The cake is relatively modern, creamy, and chocolatey, making it ideal for all the chocolate lovers and those who love modern cakes. Now, let me take you through the recipe step by step. We’ll start with the ingredients. You’ll need 285 grams of flour (standard household flour), three medium-sized eggs (preferably organic and at room temperature), 240 milliliters of coffee (warmed to room temperature), 450 grams of fine granulated sugar (you can use regular sugar if you don’t have fine granulated sugar), 360 milliliters of buttermilk, seven grams of baking soda, five grams of cream of tartar, one vanilla pod (or vanilla extract), 120 grams of cocoa powder, and 180 milliliters of vegetable oil.

For the frosting, you’ll need 110 grams of soft butter, 90 grams of cocoa powder, 120 milliliters of sour cream, 180 grams of powdered sugar, 290 grams of dark chocolate (bitter chocolate 72%), and some sprinkles or other decorations (optional).

You’ll also need some tools like cake pans, a palette knife, a cake decorating tool, a whisk or mixer, and an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) with upper and lower heat.

Start by whisking the eggs and sugar in a large mixing bowl until fluffy. Then add the melted butter and oil while whisking continuously. Mix in the buttermilk and vanilla extract (or vanilla pod) until smooth. Then sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt into the mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients form a smooth cake batter.

Prepare two 20cm cake pans by greasing them with butter or oil and lining them with parchment paper. Pour the cake batter into the pans and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake’s center comes out clean. Allow the cakes to cool down.

While the cakes are cooling, prepare the frosting. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in a microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring frequently. Cream the butter in a separate mixing bowl until light and fluffy, then slowly incorporate the cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and sour cream. Add the melted chocolate and mix everything until smooth and creamy.

Now, it’s time to assemble the cake. Place one cake on a serving plate and spread a generous layer of frosting over it. Place the second cake on top of the first and cover the entire cake with the rest of the frosting. Use a cake decorating tool to create a beautiful pattern, and decorate with sprinkles or other decorations.

And voila! Your delicious chocolate cake is ready to serve. It’s perfect for any celebration or just as a sweet treat to indulge in. I hope you enjoyed this recipe and will give it a try. Don’t forget to subscribe to Sugar Princess to get notified of more delicious cake and dessert recipes.
