3 GEILE BEILAGEN vom Gasgrill | Grillbeilagen einfach, schnell & lecker | Rezepte
Welcome to a new video from Mietern Great! Today, we are going to show you how to make three delicious side dishes on the gas grill, which can also be made on a charcoal grill. There’s something for everyone - we’re going to make garlic butter baguette, a unique potato dish, and something with carrots that will change your mind about them. Let’s get started!
We’re going to pack three recipes into one video today and each one is so delicious that it deserves its own video. But, you know me, I like to give you as much value as possible in one video. So, if you appreciate that, please leave a like and a nice comment. If you haven’t subscribed to our channel yet, be sure to do so because this video is definitely worth it.
As always, you can find the ingredients and written recipes for all three dishes in the video description and on our website as a PDF. Let’s start with recipe number one - garlic butter baguette. This is not your ordinary garlic bread because we’re going to roast the garlic first.
We’ll start by cutting off the top of a whole garlic bulb, so that each clove is exposed. Then, we’ll drizzle olive oil over it and season it with salt and pepper. Wrap it in aluminum foil and place it on the grill for about 45-60 minutes at 180°C.
While the garlic is roasting, we’ll move on to recipe number two - a potato dish that’s perfect for any occasion. We’ll be making tornado potatoes! This is a unique twist on regular potatoes that you might find at a fair.
Start by washing your potatoes and leaving the skin on. Then, insert a wooden skewer in the center of each potato. Using a knife, make spiraled cuts around the potato without slicing it all the way through. Brush with oil and sprinkle with your desired seasonings.
Place the potatoes on the grill for about an hour at 180°C, occasionally brushing with more oil to ensure they’re crispy.
Finally, we’ll move on to recipe number three - a carrot dish that will make you love carrots if you don’t already. We won’t reveal the recipe just yet, as we’re saving it for the end of the video.
In the meantime, we encourage you to join our Facebook group and follow us on Instagram to see more behind-the-scenes content and get other grilling tips and recipes.
One last thing - we’re currently developing our own line of spices and seasonings with our community. We want to bring you the best possible products, so we’re working with various companies to refine our blends. We’ll even include a survey with each spice blend to get your input. Watch for updates in the video description and first comment.
Back to the carrots - after we’ve prepared them, we’ll wrap them in foil and place them on the grill at the same temperature as the other dishes. After about 30 minutes, they’ll be ready to open and enjoy.
That’s it for today’s video! We hope you enjoyed these three amazing side dishes that can be made on the gas grill. As always, please leave us a comment and let us know what you think. If you like this video, be sure to subscribe to our channel and join our community for more grilling fun.
