Musik - Hello my dear viewers, it’s great to have you back and welcome to a new video. Today, I have a treat for you. I will be capturing my day with my camera and recording what I eat and drink throughout the day. The reason for this is to lose weight and shed a few kilos.
I have been using the Weight Watchers program and app to achieve my weight loss goals. I have already documented my journey with Weight Watchers in previous videos, which I will link in the description box below. Last year, I lost a significant amount of weight, and now, my husband and I are starting anew together.
These past few months, I have struggled with motivation, but now we are back on the plan and determined to lose even more weight. If you haven’t already, please hit the subscribe button, and let’s start the day in the kitchen with breakfast. Enjoy the music.
We start with breakfast, where I’m having two soft-boiled eggs, one bagel from Concord, and a light spread of liverwurst and low-fat cheese. I’m also having a light yogurt with tea and tomato bread, all of which adds up to 10 points. Now, let’s see what we have for lunch. Applause.
Moving to lunchtime, we have chicken breast pan-fried with a teaspoon of seasoning, including salt, pepper, and paprika, and thermomix-prepared potatoes. We also make a carrot and leek dish in the same pan with added cream and broth, which is cooked to our desired texture. This dish, along with potatoes, is eight points.
After lunch, it’s time for a snack, and today, we have a variety of items, including a dinkelmeyer rye bread, cheese, honeydew melon, pickled beets, and two fried pies. We finish it off with tea and have some leftover points to spend.
When we have some extra points, it’s time for a treat. Today, I’m having ice cream from ex-premier ice cream, which contains natural ingredients and less sugar than most other ice cream brands. I have three flavors, including coconut, spaghetti, and favorite de Bilbao, and all of them are incredibly delicious.
