I like to use a dough mixer, it’s much easier to stir with it, and it doesn’t fly out.
Then I add baking powder, 8 long ones. The dry ingredients are mixed, and the butter is melting. I have a little time, so I use that to cut the bad solid drops into small pieces, and the trick here is that when I add it, it melts beautifully even after being baked, it remains soft and cool to eat. If you don’t want to use it, just increase the amount of baking powder to 160 grams or more as desired.
Then I dissolve the butter, but not cook it, it shouldn’t be too hot, otherwise, the baking powder will react immediately, and we want to prevent that from happening. Then I let the butter cool down a bit, and I add 40 grams of milk, whisked 2:1(a quantity), directly from the refrigerator, mix it all together.
Then I add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients, mix it again, and then add the chocolate drops. I mix it all together and the dough is ready. It can be prepared quickly, and can be filled in various ways, with a piping bag, portioning, or blueberry muffins.
I use a muffin tin with the fifth lining, and then add the mixture evenly. Then I put it in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius with the upper and lower heat for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, I get wonderful power windows, take it out of the oven, and put it on a cake rack. It’s super soft, so I carefully transfer it to the plate.
