Saftiger Nusskuchen - hält tagelang frisch / Schoko-Nuss-Gugelhupf gelingsicher & einfach

Hello everyone, today I am sharing with you a recipe for a classic, juicy nut chocolate gugelhupf that is simply delicious. It’s so great that it’s always in demand, and I will be sharing my recipe for a chocolate cream to accompany it. The exact quantities for this recipe are listed in the info box below along with alternatives in case any of the ingredients are unavailable.

To start the recipe, I take the time to melt bitter couverture chocolate in the microwave at 600 watts and then let it cool down. I also roast hazelnuts briefly in a pan, letting them cool down to preserve their delicious aroma. If the butter is too cold, I use a trick to bring it to room temperature faster by placing it in water for five to ten minutes, depending on the temperature.

Next, I put the butter and sugar together in a food processor and stir for three minutes at a lower speed. I then add the eggs to the mix and stir each one for about 20 seconds before stirring in the melted couverture chocolate.

After that, I mix all the dry ingredients and fold them into the batter along with the chopped hazelnuts. I then transfer the mixture to a buttered gugelhupf form, smooth the surface, and bake it in a preheated oven for 48 to 50 minutes at 170 degrees on upper and lower heat.

The cake can be tested using chopsticks and it will remain juicy for up to five days. Once the cake cools, it can easily be removed from the mold and placed on a cake plate.

For the chocolate cream, I use hazelnut cream that is melted in the microwave at 600 watts for 45 seconds. I then spread the cream over the entire cake using a brush before garnishing it with hazelnut brittle.

Now, it’s time for the taste test. The cake is delicious and the combination of nutty flavors and chocolate is simply amazing. The chocolate cream adds an extra layer of flavor and sweetness to the cake. This cake is the perfect dessert to serve with coffee, and it’s sure to impress your guests.
