To make this delicious treat, you need a few specific ingredients, which you can easily buy at stores or online, including Amazon.

Binya has already prepped everything, including cooking and cooling the sushi rice, which she showed in her sushi burger video that she will be linking at the end of this video. Sushi rice can be expensive, but you can use a good quality short-grain rice instead.

For the filling, Binya has cut the salmon into strips and advises you to use sushi-grade quality to ensure it is safe to eat raw. She has also cut the avocado into equal-sized strips to make it easier to roll. You can vary the filling according to taste.

To make the rolls, she spreads the rice onto the nori sheet and then adds the filling before rolling it up with a bamboo mat. Binya suggests covering the mat with cling film to make cleaning up easier.
