Pizzabrötchen & Snack Rolls mit Knoblauchdip selber machen | Rezept wie vom Lieferservice - CUISINI

Hello everyone, today I have some delicious pizza rolls for you. You can order them from a possible supplier, but I would argue that mine are a little bit better because they are fresh out of the oven and haven’t been transported halfway across the city. In addition, I used a really tasty pizza dough recipe with garlic. The recipes are super easy to follow and taste absolutely fantastic. If you haven’t subscribed to my channel yet, you can do so for free and never miss a recipe again. Have fun making these rolls!

To make the pizza dough, you will need 500 grams of flour, 300 milliliters of warm water, five grams of yeast, and two teaspoons of salt. Dissolve the yeast in the water and then mix it in with a dough hook or a proper kitchen machine for about 20 minutes. You might think that’s crazy or that you can’t handle kneading dough for that long. But trust me, it’s worth it. The longer you knead the dough, the better the consistency and taste. With a kitchen machine, 20 minutes is a quick and easy job. I only kneaded it for 10 minutes with my hand-held mixer because my hands hurt.

Once you’re finished kneading the dough, cover it with a damp kitchen towel and let it rise for at least two hours. While the dough is rising, we can make the pizza topping. You will need 80 grams of mayonnaise, 20 grams of ketchup, a tablespoon of sour cream, a teaspoon of mustard, some salt, garlic, and oregano. If you prefer it a little lighter, you can use salad cream instead of mayonnaise, which works just as well. Grate two garlic cloves and mix all the ingredients together until you have a smooth paste.

Now let’s get back to the pizza rolls. Dust your work surface generously with flour, divide the dough into three parts, form them into small balls, and roll them out as thinly as possible. This can be tricky because the dough keeps shrinking back, but just work with it until you get the desired size. Then spread some ham or salami on the dough, sprinkle it with cheese, fold it in half, and roll it into a spiral. Repeat with the rest of the dough until you have three rolls.

You can cut them into smaller pieces for snack-sized rolls or larger pieces for proper pizza rolls. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake them in the oven at about 260 degrees Celsius for approximately 10 minutes. Once they are golden brown and crispy on the outside and white and soft on the inside, they are ready to be enjoyed. Dip them in the pizza topping and savor the delicious taste.

In summary, my homemade pizza rolls are just as easy to order from a supplier but taste so much better because they are fresh out of the oven. Making the dough and topping is incredibly simple, and the end result is an incredibly tasty snack. Try making these pizza rolls for yourself and enjoy the delicious taste.
