Hello friends! Today, I want to share with you my favorite pasta recipe which is quick and easy to make, yet absolutely delicious. All you need is a handful of date tomatoes, pasta, vegetable broth, chopped tomatoes, crème fraîche, tuna, basil, chili, salt, and pepper.
To start with, halve the date tomatoes and set them aside. Then take 300g of pasta (I prefer tagliatelle) and pour 600ml of vegetable broth over it in a pan. Next, add a can of chopped tomatoes and turn the stove up to medium/high heat. Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Afterward, add 150g of crème fraîche to the pan with the tomatoes and mix everything well. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes. While the pasta is cooking, open a can of tuna and pour off the excess liquid. Once the pasta is al dente, season it with chili, salt, and pepper, and add the tuna to the pan along with a handful of basil leaves. Mix everything together and let it cook for another minute or two.
When ready, your pasta should be creamy and flavor-packed, with a spicy kick from the chili and a fresh aroma from the basil. It’s perfect for a quick weeknight meal or a lazy weekend lunch.
