5 Schnelle Party-Snacks/ Leckeres Fingerfood zu Festlichkeiten!

Hello dear ones, today I have brought a really cool party snack recipe. I have made five cool snacks and for some of you, they might still be useful for Christmas if you were able to go shopping. Otherwise, I think they are also super suitable for New Year’s Eve. Let’s start with the salami cheese roses - they are super quick to make and don’t require many ingredients.

I took the puff pastry out of the fridge 10 minutes before working with it so that it wouldn’t be so brittle when rolled out. Then I divided it into six equal-sized strips lengthwise and spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each strip. I then placed the salami on top, overlapping the slices, and sprinkled grated cheese on top. I then folded it over like a snail and rolled it up.

For the mozzarella sticks, I cut the mozzarella slices into long pieces and divided the puff pastry into three pieces. I rolled each piece into a triangle shape, added a piece of mozzarella and some grated cheese, folded the sides in and rolled it up. I then dipped them in egg, coated them in breadcrumbs, and fried them in oil until golden brown.

To make the meat boats, I diced half an onion and cut three cherry tomatoes into slices. I fried the onion and diced meat in a pan until cooked through, added salt, pepper, and parsley to the mixture, placed it on top of a piece of pizza dough, folded over the sides, and added more tomato slices and grated cheese on top. I then baked it in the oven.

For the Christmas tree snacks, I used pumpernickel bread and cut out star shapes. I added cream cheese, schwarzwälder schinken, and cucumber slices. I then used a toothpick to assemble the tree shape, adding a cheese star on top.

Lastly, for the penguin snacks, I used mozzarella balls, black olives for the head and wings, and a carrot slice for the beak. I stuck a toothpick through them to hold them together.

All of these party snacks are quick and easy to make and are perfect for any occasion, especially New Year’s Eve. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and I wish you a happy new year.
