Hi and welcome to a new video on Mamiblock! After our raclette video, which many of you loved, we thought, if it works on TV, it will work in the oven too. So, we’ve created some delicious sheet pan recipes for you, showcasing how well various dishes can be made in the oven. In this video, we will be sharing our best results with you.

One pan dishes are perfect for busy family life as we just need to toss everything into the pan, pop it into the oven, and voila, we have a ready-to-eat dish. We have included recipes for breakfast, snacks, and even a scrumptious dessert sheet pan; thus, there is something for everyone.

Let’s start with a colorful, healthy, and above all, quick-to-make rainbow sheet pan. For children who are not fond of vegetables, this could be an alternative as visually appealing dishes often encourage children to eat their veggies. For this, we need small cocktail tomatoes, diced sweet potatoes, yellow bell pepper, broccoli florets, and red onion cubes. The vegetables are placed on the sheet pan, and a dash of oil is added, followed by salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. Then, the pan is baked at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. The roasted veggies taste amazing on their own or can also be topped with cheese. We can make a dip for the veggies with a base of creme fraiche, seasoned with salt and pepper. A little honey and mustard can also be added to make a honey mustard dip, or we can add tomato puree to make a tomato dip.

Next, we have a sheet pan pancake topped with the kids’ favorite toppings. This dish can be made with a basic pancake mix of flour, milk, and eggs. We can add some baking powder to the mix to make it fluffier. The pancake batter is poured onto the sheet pan, topped with sliced bananas, strawberries, blueberries, and chocolate chunks. The pan is then baked at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. The melted chocolate is a delicious highlight of this dish.

Moving on to a savory breakfast sheet pan which is perfect for a large family. We use toast slices, eggs, bacon, spring onions, and butter. We place the toasts on the sheet pan and top them with bacon. Then, we add an egg on each toast and season with salt and pepper. The sheet pan is baked at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Once done, we add chopped spring onion for extra flavor.

For a sweet variation, we use toast slices, blueberries, butter, and maple syrup. Buttered toast slices are topped with blueberries and drizzled with maple syrup. Baked in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius, these make for a delicious snack or quick breakfast.

Lastly, we have a meat sheet pan recipe. For this, we use strips of beef, teriyaki sauce, and some vegetables such as cherry tomatoes, potatoes, and broccoli florets. The beef is marinated in teriyaki sauce on the sheet pan, and the veggies are added before baking at 200 degrees Celsius till they are cooked through. This dish is an absolute crowd-pleaser and is sure to be devoured quickly.

In conclusion, sheet pan recipes are the perfect solution for quick-and-easy dishes. They are customizable and offer a variety of options for every meal. So go on, try out these recipes, and let us know which one is your favorite!
