With the start of a new year, many of us have made resolutions to eat healthier or to lose weight. These recipes are perfect for those who want to start their day with a nutritious breakfast or are looking for ways to eat healthier.

Whether you prefer sweet or savory, these breakfast recipes cater to everyone’s taste buds. Let me know in the comments if you are team sweet or savory or both. Personally, I am team sweet, but for those who prefer savory, I have included some inspiration for you as well.

These recipes are not only suitable for those who want to lose weight, but also those who want to maintain their weight or gain weight. An important aspect of a balanced meal is to include all three macronutrients – healthy fats, complex carbohydrates, and protein, as well as vitamins and minerals.

For those who want to lose weight, you can reduce your carbohydrate intake, but it is important to maintain a certain minimum intake of healthy fats, proteins, and other micronutrients. For those who want to gain weight, increasing your healthy fat intake can be beneficial. It is important to adjust the ingredients according to individual needs and goals.

Now, let’s get started with the breakfast recipes. For the first recipe, we need rolled oats, coconut flour, or any protein powder of your choice. I personally like to use the torte protein powder or the vegan protein powder. These are flavored with natural ingredients and are high in protein. We also need an egg or chia/ flaxseed mixture to bind the ingredients, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Combine all the ingredients to make the pancake batter and cook it on a pan. You can top it with your favorite toppings like berries, nuts, honey, or syrup.
