6 easy, schnelle & gesunde VEGANE REZEPTE | Perfekt für jeden Tag!

Welcome to a new video from Müller und Herzlich Musik! Today, we are going to be in the kitchen making some delicious vegan dishes. I am so excited to share our six vegan recipes, including a sugar-free vegan dessert, and some amazing main dishes with fresh ingredients.

Firstly, I want to clarify that although I am not vegan, I want to explore and introduce the idea of incorporating veganism in my diet. I truly believe that taking small steps can lead to a more sustainable and healthier lifestyle. That is why I want to share with you these easy and quick vegan recipes that can be easily integrated into your daily lives.

Let’s start with the delicious Beluga lentil salad. We will begin by cooking the lentils according to the packet instructions for about 20 to 30 minutes with a pinch of salt. While the lentils are cooking, we can prepare the salad dressing. We’ll start by pureeing some raspberries through a sieve until we have a smooth base. Then, we’ll add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, three tablespoons of avocado oil, and a tablespoon of date syrup. Mix those altogether and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Once the lentils are ready, we can chop some celery and red onions and add them to the cooked lentils. To give it a little crunch, we can add some sliced avocado, and mix everything together with the raspberry vinaigrette. And voila! Your delicious and healthy Beluga lentil salad is ready to serve.

Now, let’s move on to the homemade antipasti tomato ketchup. This is such a great condiment to have on hand and so easy to make! I used antipasti tomatoes and blended them with two teaspoons of cashew nuts, garlic, and some oil. You can adjust the thickness by adding water or more oil if necessary. The ketchup can be refrigerated for up to five days, and you can serve it as a dip for chips, fries, or roasted vegetables.

Another great recipe is the vegetable roast, made with sweet potatoes and beetroot. Simply chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces, season them with cumin, salt, and pepper to taste, and toss them with some avocado oil. Roast them for 40 minutes until semi-crispy, and serve with some crisp and lightly fried zucchini noodles.

In conclusion, these vegan dishes are a great way to explore the world of plant-based cooking. The ingredients are readily available, and the recipes are perfect for anyone wanting to enhance their diet while making it more fun. Remember, it’s all about taking small steps towards healthy eating habits.

So, go ahead, try out these recipes and let us know which one is your favourite. Don’t forget to share your photos and experiences with us on social media. Until next time, enjoy your kitchen adventures!
