Many of you have a goal to lose weight and would like to have recipes with fewer calories. That’s why I’m making this video. I would love it if you could tell me what your goal is for this year in terms of fitness and nutrition in the comments. This will help me create content that is tailored to your needs.

Let’s get started with some recipes that are perfect if you want to lose weight, and remember that your body needs a certain amount of energy. The recipes are low in calories, but make sure you don’t fall back into the yo-yo effect. If you need tips on weight loss, I will link a video above that can be helpful.

It’s important that the recipes are easy to make, quick and, most importantly, taste amazing. Our first recipe is a vegetable pan with a fried egg that has less than 300 calories. You can use as many eggs as you like. It’s super simple and delicious, and you can add meat if you want.

Our second recipe is a chili con quinoa without meat that has less than 300 calories as well. It’s perfect for vegetarians and is a tasty alternative to chili with meat.
