To begin, we need to combine 2 eggs with 240 milliliters of milk in a mixing bowl and whisk it up with a whisk or mixer. Once well combined, transfer 4-5 tablespoons of the egg-milk mixture into a cup and set it aside for later.

Next, add all other ingredients except raisins into the mixing bowl. Add 425 grams of flour, 65 grams of sugar, 115 grams of soft butter, 1 sachet of baking powder, and ½ teaspoon of salt. Finally, add in the egg-milk mixture and knead it all together with a kitchen machine or mixer with a dough hook. Keep kneading for about 4-5 minutes until the dough is smooth but still sticky.

Now, stop the mixer or turn it on low speed and add 100 grams of raisins. Knead them in briefly so that all raisins are well incorporated. Flour the countertop and give the sticky dough onto the floured surface. Flour the dough a bit on top as well and start kneading with your hands.
