[Music] My dear words, welcome to a new week and a new episode of Million Ateliers. Today, we are going to make a super delicious banana cake, and it is really so, so tasty. So, make sure to watch and then make it yourself, and it will taste really delicious if you add a scoop of vanilla ice cream at the end. So, let’s watch first.
To make this cake, we need 300g flour, 120g sugar, 150g butter, 280g walnuts, three ripe bananas, a teaspoon of cinnamon, a packet of vanilla sugar, a tablespoon of baking powder, a pinch of salt, and 300ml of buttermilk.
First, we put the butter in a large bowl and mix it briefly using a mixer. Then, we can add two eggs and mix it again. Afterwards, we add the sugar, baking powder, and vanilla sugar, and mix until everything is blended.
Next, we take a large bowl and put three bananas in it. We mash the bananas using a potato masher, leaving some small chunks for texture. Then, we add the mashed bananas to the batter and mix it well.
For the walnuts, we put them in a ziplock bag and roll over them using a rolling pin until they are finely ground. Then, we mix the ground walnuts into the batter with the banana. Once everything is mixed, we transfer the batter into a greased baking pan.
Now, we can bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 65 minutes. Once it’s done, we can take it out and let it cool.
