Hello! It’s nice to be back again. This summer, my daughter turned 15 and she wanted a chocolate number cake for her birthday. I always thought it was a great idea to film the process of making it, so I’m sharing a variant of a simple number cake.

For the cake base, we need a rectangular bottom. I used my miracle cake recipe, but baked it in the size of a baking sheet by doubling the recipe. I’ve included the exact quantity information for a tray in the info box, and the video of how to make the cake is also there for you to watch.

Once the base is baked, cut off the lid to get a nice straight base. You’ll have a lot left over, which you can use as crumbs or to make a box, or even snack on. Print out the numbers from the internet to match the size of your sheet, and cut them out.

Carefully lay the numbers on the base, starting with the first number. Cut the number 5 with a knife, as it bends easily. Fill the base with paradise cream made by mixing cream and two packets of paradise gran chaco.

Put the paradise cream in a piping bag and fill up the number shape as much as possible. Do the same with the other numbers. Spread sweets evenly over the two numbers to top it off. Finally, put the cake in the fridge for another hour and a half before integrating it, so the cream is really firm.

The cake turned out to be delicious, and it was gone in a jiffy. It’s a wonderful birthday cake that can be adapted to suit the birthday child’s preferences.
