Die Küchenschlacht vom 11. Januar 2021

The new season of the Küchenschlacht has kicked off with six new hobby chefs eager to show off their culinary skills. From Cologne, we have Michael, a 35-year-old brand management marketer who loves cooking. Stephanie from Hannover, a 28-year-old scientific assistant, joins the competition, bringing her passion for cooking with her. Stefan, a 50-year-old system administrator from Bochum, makes it clear that he is here to rock the Küchenschlacht. Steffi, who comes all the way from Bayern, is confident in her cooking skills and promises to impress. Vincent, a 22-year-old former student from Hamburg, hopes to find a new job while cooking up a storm. And last but not least, there’s Diana, a 42-year-old housewife and mother who comes from Würdigen near Frankfurt.

The competition is as challenging as ever. The contestants have to cook a dish in just 35 minutes, and the first judge is none other than Thomas Martin, a two-star Michelin chef from Hamburg. Thomas is known for his exquisite taste and his love of simple yet flavorful dishes. He will decide who the first contestant to leave the competition will be.

Michael is the first contestant to present his dish to Thomas. He has prepared a duck breast with red cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower. Michael is confident in his cooking skills, and he’s ready to impress the judges. Thomas is impressed with the dish’s presentation and flavor, but he notes that the duck breast could have been cooked a bit longer.

Next up is Stephanie, who has prepared a herb-crusted fish with lemon butter and green asparagus. Her dish is a hit with the judges, who love the combination of flavors and textures.

Vincent is the youngest contestant, but he’s not intimidated by the competition. He has prepared a classic German dish, Hackfleisch Lauchtopf, which is a savory stew made with ground beef, leeks, and potatoes. The judges like the dish’s simplicity and hearty flavors.

As the contestants continue to present their dishes, it becomes clear that they are all talented cooks with a passion for food. They all have their unique styles and flavors and bring something different to the competition.

The Küchenschlacht is a great celebration of home cooking and showcases the talents of amateur cooks from across Germany. It’s a competition that celebrates the love of food and cooking, and it’s a joy to watch. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or a beginner in the kitchen, the Küchenschlacht is sure to inspire you to cook up something delicious.
