Stollenkonfekt Rezept - einfache und saftige Mini-Stollen / Christstollen-Konfekt
Today, we have a very simple mini stollen recipe that is easy to prepare, does not require a lot of waiting time, and produces great results. With these small mini stollen bites, you can’t resist having just one or two pieces more. You will need flour, milk, butter, cheese, honey, chopped almonds, raisins, rum or amaretto, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest, and orange zest. The preparation process is straightforward. Start by placing a pot on the stove, adding raisins and rum or amaretto. Allow it to soak without boiling. Next, mix honey and yeast until the mixture is fluid in a large bowl. Add flour, butter, mixed yeast, room temperature milk, vanilla powder, orange and lemon zest, chopped and powdered almonds, blend all ingredients to make a smooth dough. With your hands, knead the raisins into the dough.
The dough must rest for at least 60 minutes, in a warm place. After that, melt the butter in the pot where the raisins were earlier, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Now, take a baking tray and place the mini stollen bites onto it. Optionally, fill the center with a little ball of marzipan or with amarena cherries to add more flavor. Finally, brush the mini stollen bites with the melted butter and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until they turn golden brown.
When the mini stollen bites are ready, take them out of the oven, cover with powdered sugar, and brush again with melted butter. The results are perfect mini stollen bites, ready to eat!
