Wiener Eierlikör Gugelhupf - Mega saftig & lecker - Guglhupf Rezept

“Heimlich” welcomes you with warm greetings! Today I will be sharing one of my favorite recipes with you all that was given to me by a very dear friend of mine. It is a recipe for homemade eggnog that is absolutely delicious! For this recipe, I have gathered 5 eggs, 250 grams of sugar, 125 grams of glass meal and 125 grams of potato starch, a pinch of salt, a little bit of vanilla sugar, 250 ml of eggnog and 250 ml of flavor-neutral oil.

To start off, I whisk the eggs and sugar together until they become light and fluffy. This process takes around 5 to 7 minutes to complete. Once the mixture has increased in volume, I add a pinch of salt and some vanilla sugar. I then slowly add in oil while continuing to whisk. Next, I add in the glass meal, potato starch, and baking powder while mixing slowly at a low speed to make sure everything is thoroughly combined.

Once everything is properly mixed, I transfer the batter into a regular Guglhupf mold that has been greased with butter and dusted with breadcrumbs. The batter is then baked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for one hour. After one hour, the Guglhupf mold is taken out of the oven and rested for a while before being carefully turned over to remove the Guglhupf.

The finished product is dusted with some powdered sugar and is ready to be served. This homemade eggnog and Guglhupf is a delicious and scrumptious treat that will tantalize your taste buds. It is perfect to serve with a cup of coffee or tea during your afternoon break.
