Weisse Sangria selber mixen - Schüttelschule by Banneke
Feinkost Flüssig: Welcome to Beke de Middle School! My name is Michael Götting and today we are going to prepare a larger drink for those times when you have more guests or are preparing for a party.
Especially during the summer, when we have longer evenings on the terrace, a white sangria is a great choice. The great thing about sangria is that there are no rules - it’s up to your imagination!
To prepare a traditional white sangria, we will need a large carafe and a lot of ice. As for the flavors, we can add orange liqueur and any fruits we like. During the summer, oranges and elderflower are a great combination. However, we should be careful with the amount of liqueur added, as we don’t want the sangria to be too sweet or overpowering.
After adding about 3 centimeters of orange liqueur to the carafe, we can start adding fruits. Oranges, sliced in half and quartered, work well. We can also add any other fruits we like, as long as they look good in the carafe. It’s important to focus on presentation, as it will make the sangria look more refreshing and appetizing.
After adding the fruit, we can mix it with a spoon and add more ice. Finally, we fill the carafe with white wine, preferably cold. This should be enough for the first round of drinks, but we can always prepare more if we have a larger carafe or bowls.
When serving, we can get creative with the presentation. Fresh herbs, flowers, or berries can add a nice touch. We can even add pieces of fruit or a slice of cucumber to individual glasses to make them look more sophisticated.
Overall, preparing a good sangria requires a little creativity and imagination. The possibilities are endless when it comes to flavors and presentation. So, the next time you’re having guests over, try preparing a delicious and refreshing white sangria. Your guests will thank you!
