Hello and welcome to my pinse party! Check out these six amazing pinse pizzas made quickly on the US-DA Barbecue Sheriff, demonstrated in this episode of Barbecue from Rheinhessen. Have fun watching!

Before we start the pinse party, let me start my master ball by pressing this button. The temperature is set to 280 degrees, so make sure to use beechwood pellets which burn way hotter than fruitwood pellets. I have two pizza stones inside, enough to make two pinse pizzas at once. While I prepare the ingredients for my pinse party, the Sheriff pre-heats nicely.

Last year was the first time I tried pinse pizzas, and I have to admit, they were delicious. They are similar to pizza, but the dough is made to rise for 60 hours making it easier to digest. The new hot trend is to make three different types of pinse pizzas in one video. In this episode, I will show you how to make a pinse with lime creme fraiche, arugula, smoked salmon, teriyaki sauce, and sushi mayonnaise. Next is pastrami, followed by a quick cheese pizza and classic tomato sauce pizza with red onions, mozzarella, ham, and pesto.

Let’s start with the tomato sauce. I will use two tablespoons of my Mediterranean seasoning. Allow the dry herbs to absorb the moisture and inflate a bit. Next, let’s make the lime creme fraiche for the smoked salmon pinse. I will zest one lime and then squeeze half of it. Add ready-for-steak seasoning, and mix it in with the creme fraiche. Lastly, slice red onions and mozzarella, and you are ready to top off your pinse.

The pastrami pinse is already cooked, so I add some sliced mushrooms and cheddar cheese. Then, tear the pastrami slices and generously place them on top of the cheese. To the smoked salmon pinse, spread some lime creme fraiche, arugula, smoked salmon, and Sushi mayo on top. For the cheese pizza, use ready-made pizza sauce and top it off with sliced tomatoes, mozzarella, ham, and pesto.

Place the prepared pinse pizzas onto the pizza stone, close the lid, and let them bake for about 5 minutes. After this, add the toppings you prepared and bake the remaining pinse pizzas for 6 minutes.

Finally, the pinse pizzas are ready to be eaten! They look fantastic and taste amazing. The combination of flavors is such a delightful surprise. The barbecue sheriff made the cooking super easy, and I cannot wait to surprise my guests with these delicious pinse pizzas at my party.
