5 BLW REZEPTE l UNSERE FAVORITEN l BABY LED WEANING l HelloCathi

Hello my dear ones and a very warm welcome to a new video from me, all about easy and quick delicious recipe ideas for your baby. At the beginning of introducing solid foods, I know it can be difficult to know what to feed your little one, but these recipes have been tried and tested with my own baby and he loves them, so I’m excited to share them with you today. Let’s get started and have some fun with these recipes.

First up, we have breakfast pizza. For this, you will need: 100g of oats, 1 teaspoon of ground flaxseed, 200g of diced fruit of your choice, and around 1 tablespoon of water. Combine the oats and flaxseed, and then add the diced fruit and water. Mix everything together well, making sure the consistency isn’t too thick. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a round pizza. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for around 10 minutes, until the edges are golden brown. Once cooled, top the pizza with some natural yogurt and fresh fruit of your choice.

Next up, we have roasted vegetables. This is a simple yet delicious way to introduce your baby to different vegetables. Simply take any seasonal vegetables, chop them up into finger length pieces, and toss them in some rapeseed oil before roasting them in the oven at 200°C for around 25 minutes, until they’re nice and soft. Sprinkle some coriander and cumin on top, and serve as is or with some bread.

For a yummy pancake recipe, you’ll need: 75g of spelt flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 60ml of milk, 1 ripe banana, and a little oil for frying. Combine all ingredients, smashing the banana well into the mixture, and then fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Serve with fresh fruit for a healthy and delicious breakfast.

Hirse-Welchen or millet balls are our next recipe. For this, you’ll need: 1 cup of millet cooked in 2 cups of water, 2-3 finely chopped veggies of your choice, 3 tablespoons of spelt flour, and some oil for frying. Combine the cooked millet with the chopped veggies, flour and seasoning to form balls. Fry in hot oil until golden on all sides. Alternatively, these can also be boiled in water until they float to the top, before serving them with a tomato sauce.

Last but not least, we have banana texts for a lovely snack or dessert. All you need is 200g of spelt flour, 1 mashed banana, and some rapeseed oil. Mix all ingredients together until smooth, then fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve with some fresh fruit or yogurt.

These recipes are a few of my favorites that my baby loves, and I hope you find them helpful too. Remember to always introduce new foods slowly and one at a time, and enjoy the process of letting your baby explore new tastes and textures. Thank you for watching, and I’ll see you in the next video!
