Crepes Rezept türkische Art I Crepes Teig I Frühstücksideen
Hello dear friends, today I wish you a good day! We will be making crepes in a natural way with aha! It tastes simply divine, like nothing else and even better than the French. Please stick around and try it out for yourselves.
Firstly, we will need salt, pepper, sugar, two eggs, flour, butter, milk and oil. The exact amounts will be written in the description box below. Let’s get started! We will need approximately 500 millilitres of milk for three people. If you are making less, use four eggs instead of two.
After mixing the milk and eggs, don’t forget to set a little milk aside. Then add flour, sugar, salt and a teaspoon of baking powder. To prevent any clumps, use a whisk to mix the ingredients together. If the batter is too thin, add some more flour until you get the perfect consistency.
After heating some oil in a pan, pour some batter onto it and cook on medium heat. Once bubbles appear, you can flip the crepe over. Continue cooking until both sides are golden brown.
To make the crepes even more delicious, you can add some cheese, ham or even strawberry jam. You can experiment with different flavours and toppings until you find your perfect combination.
I should also mention that this recipe makes a lot of crepes, we managed to make 60 pieces! We had enough for the whole family to enjoy for breakfast.
I highly recommend trying out this recipe, it’s a family favourite and always a hit with our guests. It may seem strange to some, but I promise it’s worth it. Once you try it, you’ll never go back to any other recipe again.
