5 Rezepte für vegane Soßen & Dips - für Bowls, Salate, Pasta & BBQ | SNUKIEFUL
Today, I have a video for you that I have been wanting to create for a long time - my favorite sauces and dips, all vegan and suitable for different dishes. First, I will show you how to make an almond cheese sauce. It’s not really cheese, but it has a cheesy taste from just two simple ingredients - almond flour and nutritional yeast. These are both ingredients that I always have at home, making this a perfect sauce that you can quickly mix up. I used three tablespoons of almond flour, but I would recommend using one and a half tablespoons per person, depending on how intense you want the flavor. Add nutritional yeast to taste and slowly add water until you have a creamy consistency. Finally, add salt to taste. You can use this sauce on pasta or as a dip.
Next, I will show you how to make a dressing that I call “zesty sauce.” Start by mixing two tablespoons of vegan yogurt with two tablespoons of vegan salad mayonnaise, add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and a little bit of mustard. Then add salt, pepper, and garlic (one clove), minced or pressed. You can use this dressing on salads, roasted vegetables or potatoes.
The best peanut sauce you’ll ever make is up next. You’ll need peanut butter, sesame paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, maple syrup, and garlic (one clove). Mix all the ingredients together with water to achieve the desired consistency. You can use this sauce with rice, noodles, or roasted vegetables.
Don’t forget to make a herb yogurt dip, which is basically my go-to snack. Simply mix four tablespoons of vegan yogurt with olive oil, garlic powder, and herbs like dill or parsley. You can also add some salt and pepper to taste. This dip is perfect with vegetables or chips.
Last but not least, I will show you how to make a tomato vinaigrette using fresh garden tomatoes if you have them. Put the tomatoes in a mixer and add white or balsamic vinegar, olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper. You can adjust the vinegar and oil amounts to get the taste and consistency just right. Mix until the desired texture is achieved.
All of these sauces and dips are easy to create and are vegan, making them perfect for any diet. I hope you enjoy these recipes and find them helpful in creating delicious meals.
