Gude, today I am in a slightly down mood because I have these wonderful chicken cassidy us ready on the table, and it’s just amazing how I made them. I hope you have fun watching me cook today.

Although the new year has progressed, it feels like the same as last year. But that shouldn’t stop us from grilling. Today, we’ll make some lovely chicken cassidy us, which I love to make in different variations.

To start, I diced a beautiful chicken breast into small pieces and added some diced canned mushrooms that I love. I also added half a spitz paprika, which can be substituted with a red or yellow bell pepper.

After adding a generous amount of olive oil, I mixed everything together and put it on a heated grill plate. I grilled it until the chicken was cooked, and then added chopped spring onions.

For the sauce, I added cream cheese and sour cream, some sambal olek, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. After mixing everything, I put the sauce on a tortilla wrap, then added the chicken mixture and plenty of grated cheese.

I folded the wrap in half and grilled it on the heated grill plate for a few minutes on each side until the cheese melted and the wrap was crispy.

This recipe is perfect as an appetizer or even as a meal. The chicken cassidy us are delicious and easy to make, and you can customize them to your liking by adding different vegetables or spices.
