Partyessen: Schnelle Ideen für kalte Fingerfood Rezepte zum Vorbereiten | Leckere Party Snacks

Hey, I’m Laura and welcome to a new video. Today, we’re going to make some party snacks, and if you liked my previous videos, then I’m sure you’re going to love this one too! I have some more great ideas for you, so let’s get started.

First, we need some puff pastry which we’ll roll out and then add another layer of puff pastry on top. Then we’ll use a rolling pin to press it down and make it a little bigger. Next, we’ll use a knife to cut it horizontally and vertically, so we end up with six sections, and then we’ll cut it diagonally to get twelve pieces. We’ll set it aside for now.

We need a springform cake tin or a baking tray that we’ll grease with butter and put a cheese block in the middle of it. We’ll place the triangular cutouts of puff pastry around the cheese and press it down so it sticks to the cheese. I added tomato paste and six halved tomatoes, some grated cheese, and fresh basil. Then we take the cheese out briefly, fold the corners of the puff pastry towards the center and a little bit under the cheese so that they do not pop out. Then, we put the cheese back in and brush the puff pastry with a little bit of beaten egg, sprinkle some sesame seeds, salt, and pepper on top. It goes in the oven for ten minutes, and voila! We have a tasty puff pastry wreath that can be dipped into the warm, gooey cheese.

Next, we have a fast and easy recipe to make cheesy breadsticks. We’ll take the puff pastry, spread some sour cream on top, sprinkle it with sesame, paprika, salt, and pepper, and top it off with grated cheese. We’ll fold up the bottom of the puff pastry, cut two-centimeter-wide strips and twist each strip twice into a breadstick. We’ll brush them with a beaten egg, add some grated cheese and other desired spices, and pop it into the oven. These breadsticks are perfect for snacking and taste delicious with some hot soup or chili.

For our next recipe, we have a different take on Lox, a smoked salmon spread. Mix some finely chopped onion or shallots and dill with some soft cream cheese, and spread the mixture on a tortilla wrap. Top it off with smoked salmon and some fresh rocket leaves. Roll it up tightly and slice it into bite-sized pieces.

Now, for a fun and eye-catching party food idea. Take a large melon, cut off the top and scoop out the insides. Create a cactus shape by either drawing or sketching it out, or freestyle it like I did. Cut along the cactus outline and remove the excess rind. Save the juicy melon to make a yummy fruit salad, a summer beverage, or freeze them into ice cubes.

Lastly, we have a vegetarian pizza muffin recipe that’s simple to make. Roll out some pizza dough and spread some tomato sauce and chopped spinach on top. Sprinkle it with some crumbled feta cheese and your favorite spices, and then roll it up into a log. Cut it into even slices and place them into a muffin tin, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese and fresh basil and bake it. These pizza muffins can be made ahead of time and will be a hit with both kids and adults.
