Firstly, my personal favorite meal, breakfast, consists of 100g ground beef, spinach, and sometimes anything else I feel like adding. I prefer using fresh spinach, as frozen vegetables can sometimes have a lower quality. However, frozen vegetables are usually cheaper than fresh ones, especially when they’re not on sale.

For the second meal, I make a colazione alla sania, which is a dish consisting of zucchini, cream, or grated cheese, and Parmesan. I usually add some green vegetables such as broccoli, which gives it a more nutritious boost. To add some flavor, I mix in some pasta sauce or chopped tomatoes.
