GRILLPARTY | So grillt man für 10+ Gäste gleichzeitig! Rezepte & Anleitung: Rippchen, Steak, Lachs,
Welcome to this new video, where we are hosting a grill party for 10 people. To make things interesting, I will show you how to use a gas grill with 4 or 6 burners and three wheels – it may sound difficult, but it’s possible! Today, we will be grilling fish, specifically salmon, burgers, pork neck steaks, beef steaks, spare ribs, vegetables, and sides – we will even grill some bread. Even if you’re just grilling sausages, I will explain how to prepare everything at once.
Before we get started, I want to thank all of our loyal subscribers for tuning in. We are currently on our terrace because the weather is not ideal, but I will give you a sneak peek of our grill hut project throughout the video. If you’re new to the channel, please subscribe – we’d be happy to have you.
First, we start with the spare ribs – they need an hour to themselves, so we can prepare everything else while they cook. If you’re not making spare ribs, you can skip this step. To prepare the ribs, trim them to your liking, place them in an IKEA container with a liquid of your choice (water, apple juice, or beer) and some spices, cover them tightly with a lid or foil, and place them on the grill. Refer to our extra video on how to cook them for 2 hours.
While the ribs cook, prepare your side dishes, including marinating vegetables, cutting salad, and preparing dips and sauces. You can find all the recipes on our website. Our salmon and steaks will require about an hour to cook, depending on their thickness. For medium-rare steaks, aim for a core temperature of 52-54 degrees Celsius.
Arrange the salmon on a wood plank or grease the skin side and place it on the grill. We will also cook the steaks indirectly, meaning without direct heat. Put them on the grill and use a thermometer to check their temperature until they reach their ideal heat. We want to maintain the grill temperature at around 150-160 degrees Celsius, so adjust the burners accordingly.
As we approach the hour mark, we can parboil the potatoes and prepare the burger patties and toppings. We can also start grilling the vegetables, such as asparagus or bell peppers. Place them on a grill basket and grill them over high heat until they’re cooked to your liking.
After an hour and a half, the spare ribs should be ready, and the salmon and steaks should be close behind. We can use the last 30 minutes to do some final touches, such as grilling the bread and adding final touches to our dishes.
In conclusion, hosting a grill party for ten people on a gas grill is possible with the right preparation and technique. You need to plan your dishes according to their cooking time and temperature, and you can use the grill’s different zones and surface to cook everything evenly.
