Quesadillas Rezept | Perfekt mit Guacamole | Let’s Cook

Hey guys, today I’m at fault and I’m going to show you how to make Chiesa Diaz. Let’s get started, we need 76 ingredients, but I have already purchased 15 of them. Of course, you can make them yourself, but for today’s recipe, I’m going to use 200 grams of spring onions.

Today, we’re going to make a bit of Korean and paprika. First, we need to rub a piece of cheese on the job, so make sure you buy a hard cheese, if you can only find sliced cheese it’s difficult to grate. Grate the cheese until you have a small amount, about a handful. I used green cheese, I’m not sure if you can find it, but any cheese will work.

Next, we need to chop the vegetables. We’ll start with the paprika. Cut off the top of the paprika, removing the green stem part. Then, slice the four sides of the paprika, chopping the inside into thin slices. Slice the spring onions, removing the wooden ends and cutting them into thin slices. You can discard the dark green part, it doesn’t add much flavor.

Lastly, we will add some freshly chopped coriander. Use as much or as little as you like, it adds a lot of flavor to the dish. Once all the ingredients are chopped, mix them together in a bowl.

Heat up a non-stick pan and lay down a large tortilla wrap. Spoon the cheese mixture onto one side of the wrap, leaving some space around the edges for folding. Carefully fold the other half of the tortilla on top of the mixture and press the edges together.

Cook the Chiesa Diaz for about a minute on each side, until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crispy. Use a spatula to carefully flip the Chiesa Diaz over. Once cooked, remove from the pan and cut into quarters.

To enjoy the Chiesa Diaz, I recommend serving it with some guacamole, which I made in my last video. These two dishes complement each other perfectly. This recipe is simple and easy to make, and the combination of ingredients is delicious. The cheese adds intense flavor, and the combination of vegetables and spices creates a well-rounded taste.

If you haven’t already seen my guacamole recipe in my last video, I suggest you check it out. And don’t forget to subscribe to my channel so that you don’t miss any upcoming videos. I’m going to finish up my Chiesa Diaz now, and I’ll see you guys in the next video. Let’s go!
