Knusprig & Saftig! Dorade perfekt grillen | Gasgrill Fisch Rezept mit Beilagen vom Grill

In this new video from Meet and Greet, we are going to make a crispy and juicy grilled dorade with some delicious sides, so everything is ready at the same time. First, we need to take care of the potatoes as a side dish, so that they can cook while we prepare the fish. We’ll wash them and mix them with a bit of vegetable oil, rosemary, and salt in a bowl. Then we put them on the gas grill at 180 degrees Celsius using indirect heat. We allow the potatoes to cook on the centre rack without direct heat while we prepare the rest of the dishes.

We are using the Rösle gas grill for this recipe, which is an OGS in the Nero edition. It’s a special edition of the Rösle in the 2022 version. We recommend setting the outer burners at full throttle for a four-burner grill and a three-burner grill. If you have a six-burner grill, you need to set the outer two burners to half to three-quarters level per side to have the right temperature of 180-200 degrees Celsius on the lid thermometer.

While the potatoes are cooking, we’ll prepare the fish. Before that, we put on some disposable gloves as a safety measure. We need to clean, rinse, and salt the fish properly. We recommend making small cuts in the skin of the fish to allow the seasoning to penetrate more easily.

We squeeze lemon over the fish, add garlic and rosemary to the slits, and stuff the fish with lemon and rosemary from the inside. We then generously sprinkle salt over the fish. After that, we grill the fish over the outer burners with low heat for 15-20 minutes.

We need to check the potatoes after 20 minutes and flip them to make sure they cook evenly. It would be best to use small potatoes for this recipe, and they would need to cook for 40-45 minutes.

The advantage of this recipe is that we are grilling the fish in a way that develops a crispy skin and allows the seasoning to penetrate the meat well. The result is a juicy and flavourful fish that is perfect with the delicious grilled potatoes on the side.

As you follow this recipe, you would notice that cooking on a gas grill is easy, convenient, and produces great results. The Rösle in the Nero edition is especially suitable for this recipe because of its precise temperature control and ample cooking space.

We hope you found this recipe useful and enjoyed the video from Meet and Greet. Don’t forget to check out the details on the live event on April 30th, which is a great opportunity to meet us in person. We look forward to sharing more delicious recipes with you soon.
