KETO 😋 Chinakohl Hack PFANNE schnell und einfach I Keto und Low Carb Rezept

Unfortunately, our parsley is still growing, that’s right, it’s still owing us some preschool, and Peter doesn’t even see her. Good day everyone! We are doing a challenge on Facebook today, a typical New Year’s challenge with lots of restrictions. It’s not easy for the participants, nor for us. So, today, logically, we have a food challenge because it’s officially day 23 or 22, depending on which day you consider the start of the challenge. Today is Saturday, so it’s day 3 of the challenge. It’s going to be easy; we are making children’s favourite. We need a medium-sized Chinese cabbage, and I’ve cut it into strips, separating the leafy parts from the stem. We need 500 g of mixed ground beef and pork, and some garlic. I haven’t chopped the garlic yet, so it remains happy. We also need a tablespoon of clarified butter, a couple of tablespoons of butter, salt, and pepper. Additionally, we can add other herbs, a burger roll, and water.

We start by frying the meat in hot clarified butter, but not too long, so it doesn’t become sticky. We will add the butter later. We will also add the cabbage and some water. After ten minutes of simmering, we’ll add some more water, and now, we can put the butter on top so it can melt. After 20 minutes, we can taste it and add some more salt, pepper, or any other herbs if necessary. We also add some fresh parsley if we have it, but ours is still growing. We’ll let it simmer for a while longer, and it’s ready to serve.

This recipe is perfect for the challenge because it’s easy, cheap, and healthy. Additionally, it’s a great way to use leftovers or any vegetables we have in the fridge. We can also replace the meat with tofu, lentils, or beans for a vegetarian or vegan version, and we can adjust the seasoning to our personal preferences.

Finally, we can say that joining the challenge is an excellent opportunity to try new recipes and experiment with different ingredients. It’s not about following strict rules or depriving ourselves, but rather about expanding our culinary horizon and discovering new flavours. We can also share our experiences with others and learn from their ideas and suggestions. And who knows, maybe we’ll find a new favourite dish or ingredient that we’ve never tried before. So, let’s embrace the challenge, and happy cooking!
