Laura and I welcome you to a new video in which I will show you a collection of various after-work recipes from previous videos that I have combined into a huge collection of creative after-work recipes. For my first recipe, we have to cut various vegetables like sweet potatoes, potatoes, Brussels sprouts, onions, and carrots into small pieces and put them on a baking sheet. This is one of my absolute favorite recipes that I love to make, as I pour some olive oil and various spices over the vegetables, such as an Italian seasoning mix, paprika, salt and pepper. The feta cheese is crumbled over the vegetables, mixed with hands and then put into the oven for about 10 to 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

For my second idea, you need some oil that you heat in a pan, along with a small onion that is already finely chopped and a garlic clove. Then, add some cherry tomatoes and spinach, fry them for a while, then put in some risotto, which is perfect for both vegan and non-vegan diets. Boil some noodles, add them to the pan and simmer it for a while, then add salt and pepper to taste. This way, you will have a delicious and quick noodle cream sauce.

For this recipe, I have fried some paprika in oil, along with a few drops of Worcestershire sauce in a pan, added two tablespoons of sour cream, mixed it with my favourite spice blend, which I have listed in the infobox below, and you can have a super quick and very tasty meal.

For the fourth recipe, take some feta cheese and cut it into six equal pieces; take a mixed male and beat them, then make a batter. Add some pepper, then pass each piece in flour and coat with the egg mixture, then sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the top. Heat the pan with some oil, then fry the previously prepared battered feta cheese in it until it gets a golden colour on both sides, then choose how you want to eat it, whether you prefer to have it on a salad or with potatoes.

My next recipe is perfect for pasta lovers, as you only need spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, green onions, a little cream cheese, salt, pepper, and spinach. Cook the noodles, pour over the hot spinach cream, and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese for a quick and cheap meal.

The sixth recipe requires a teaspoon of tomato paste, a teaspoon of olive oil, some garlic, oregano and onion spice, mix them well and set aside. Slice the zucchini, place them on a baking sheet, pour the tomato mixture over them, top with grated cheese, and sprinkle with fresh basil. Bake in the oven, and you’ll have delicious mini-pizzas.

For the seventh recipe, you need to peel and slice the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, add some olive oil, then bake them in the oven for a while. Meanwhile, chop some garlic and add it to some halved tomatoes into a bowl, then add some spinach leaves and mix it well. When the potatoes are done, pour the tomato mixture over it and you will have a great meal.
