It all started when I, Hülle, allowed my friend, Musik, and her friend to stay overnight on my farm. This gave us the opportunity to bond and discuss our mutual interests, which led us to experiment in the kitchen. We decided to create a linsensalat, a lentil salad with a sweet and sour flavor, using some of the ingredients I had on hand.
