I have prepared three fresh ideas for you, related to one of the most common questions about nutrition: what can I eat tomorrow morning that’s easy, fitness-friendly and has protein, but not too much unhealthy stuff? It’s not just about having a bowl of loops with full-fat milk. What can I actually eat for breakfast that fits my fitness plan?

For that reason, I have selected three recipes that are easy, quick, and affordable. You only need one spoon for these recipes, and they can be prepared in no time.

Let’s start with the number one recipe: the omelet. It is easy and quick to make, and you can use up to 12 whole eggs and another 2-3 egg whites to save some fat. Then you can get creative and add some bell peppers, tomatoes, kidney beans, but my absolute favorite ingredient right now is spinach. Add some black olives, and if you like it spicy, some pepperoni. It is a bit salty and savory, not too sweet or fruity. Sprinkle some salt on it, and the omelet is ready.

The second recipe is a smoothie. Again, it is easy, quick, and cheap. My favorite smoothie is made with bananas, vanilla protein, low-fat milk, water, and frozen mixed berries. Blend it all together, and it makes about half a liter. If you want to be more creative, you can try different types of fruit or add some nuts.

The third recipe is a bowl of low-fat quark and various fruits, such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, grapes, and whatever you like. You can add some nuts or oatmeal for more carbohydrates. It is effortless, and you do not have to think too much.
