PORRIDGE REZEPTE - 6 Abwechslungsreiche & Außergewöhnliche Oatmeal Ideen für ein Gesundes Frühstück

Music: Hello everyone and welcome to my second part of porridge recipe ideas. I know that many of you have been looking forward to it for some time and I am finally going to show you six more creative Coach recipes that are a little bit unusual and will hopefully give you lots of new ideas and inspiration to try - things you might not have eaten for breakfast a hundred times before. My first video was so well-received, I think it’s one of my most popular videos on YouTube, and because you can be so creative with porridge, I wanted to show you more recipe ideas. So, I hope you like this video just as much and as always, I’d be really grateful if you could give me a thumbs up, engage with me, and give me feedback. If you try one of the recipes, please send me pictures, and I always love to chat with you and hear whether you’re as excited about these creative project ideas as I am. As usual, I will also write the recipes down below the video description, so you can follow them easily, but remember, you don’t have to follow them exactly. You can be super creative with different kinds of fruit or grains, depending on what you like and what’s in your fridge or pantry. And with that said, I wish you lots of fun trying out these recipes. As I’ve already mentioned, please do send me pictures or feedback about the recipes, and then we can start with the recipes.

Porridge with hot raspberries, bananas, and cashews. You can use oats instead of the millet, but I wanted to try something new and used 75g of millet along with approximately 250 ml of fluid, half water and half oat milk. I added a little bit of cinnamon, a pinch of salt, and vanilla extract, brought it all to the boil, and allowed it to simmer for about ten to twelve minutes until the millet was cooked and creamy. Next, I added a handful of raspberries, but you could use blueberries or other fruits of your choice. I stirred them into the porridge and then added a little more hot water to make it even creamier. As the porridge was building up, I put it in a bowl with some bananas, more raspberries, cashews, and gave it a few more toppings. It was a really tasty breakfast. Porridge doesn’t always have to consist only of oats. Although I love my normal oatmeal, it’s always cool to try something new and I hope to make this creative project more enticing with this video.

Red lentil porridge with cinnamon, vanilla protein powder, and fruits. I know it sounds really weird, but someone suggested the recipe to me, and I wanted to try it out. I was really pleased to see how creamy and delicious it tasted, and it had so much protein in it, making it healthy and perfect for breakfast. You need 175g red lentils and 250 ml of fluid, a pinch of salt, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and I brought it all to the boil, let it boil for about ten to twelve minutes until the lentils and fluid had thickened. I then added a teaspoon of chia seeds, a teaspoon of flax seeds, and some psyllium husk powder, but these are optional. I also added a little vanilla protein powder to give it a bit of taste and make it more filling. You could also use coconut sugar or maple syrup as an alternative sweet-agent, but the lentils have a nice sweet taste to them, so it’s not always necessary. Also, the porridge is completely simple to put toppings on, so I generously topped it with some sweet, fruity grapes, apple slices, walnuts, and flakes of coconut.

Savoury Porridge with vegetables instead of fruits. This is perfect for any time of the day; breakfast, lunch, or dinner as it provides a large portion of veggies in your meal. I fried veggies with some olive oil and onions in another pan, then to the oatmeal, I added water, salt, a bit of tomato paste, and paprika powder, some Italian spices. I added some chopped smoked tofu as well. Then I used the extra veggies made in another pan and put them in my oatmeal. This oatmeal is vegan and made with coconut-based products which are available at Kaufland. You can use any veggies and spices you want. You could make an Italian-style porridge by using pizza cheese, tomato, zucchini flavored with pizza or basil. This recipe goes to show that porridge doesn’t always have to be sweet, but can be savoury just the same.

Overnight oats in a jar with chocolate, coconut, and cinnamon. For an interesting and quick breakfast snack, you need to add a few tablespoons of oats and a tablespoon of chia seeds to a jar, add some creative flavorings of your choice, such as vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, or coconut flakes. Next, I made chocolate overnight oats with the Lukaku cinnamon protein powder, which I particularly like. I made the other jar with cinnamon, shredded coconut and walnut crumbs. You can also take other breakfast food items with you, such as fresh fruit or a smoothie. I drizzled balsamic cream and some pesto over the top of it, and it was a great, aromatic surprise in my morning porridge.
