Hühnerbrühe is so geil und it’s so einfach to make. It tastes amazing as well. Let me show you how it’s done. We have a little girl here, some celery, carrots, and some soup vegetables. We’ve set up a little bath here so you can see what’s happening. In a dry pan, I’ve roasted an onion with the skin on. It needs a bit more time but it’s fine for now.
For the chicken broth, I’ve washed the chicken and removed any impurities. You want to make sure it’s really clean. We’ve set up some water here and we’ll add the chicken to it. We’ve also added our carrot, celery, and roasted onion to the pot. We let it cook for about an hour and then we check the chicken.
It’s our soup chicken, which is actually a small chicken, but it’s more than enough for two people. We haven’t really touched it, it’s just been cooking for an hour and 20 minutes. We have more in the broth. We have the onion that we roasted at the beginning. Don’t throw it away, we’ll use it later. We also have carrots and celery.
