In 4 Stunden für 7 Tage vorkochen! - Alles vegetarisch / vegan!
Hey everyone, welcome to a video that I hope will help many of you. Recently, I tried something for the first time and it worked out really well for me. I spent 4-5 hours on a Saturday cooking several dishes that lasted me for more than a week. This was a huge relief because I didn’t have to spend time cooking every single day or worry about my meals throughout the week.
In this video, I will be sharing five delicious recipes with you that I cooked ahead of time. These recipes are healthy, fresh, and easy to prepare. I believe that many of you may be facing the same issue of not having enough time or motivation to cook every day. By prepping your meals ahead of time, you can save lots of time and make your daily routine stress-free.
I have realized that it is much easier for me to cook and freeze my meals over the weekend so that I have them ready to go throughout the week. It has made a huge difference in my life and I wanted to share this method with you in this video.
To prepare these meals, you will need two essential things: a freezer and some good-quality containers or freezer bags. Make sure to look for the symbol that indicates that the containers or bags are safe for the freezer.
Now, let’s get started with the recipes. The first recipe I will be showing you is a vegan bolognese sauce. I started by sautéing carrots, onions, celery, and garlic in olive oil. Then, I added in some canned tomatoes and vegan ground meat. I seasoned the sauce with salt, pepper, sugar, and oregano. This sauce can be stored in the freezer and reheated whenever you are ready to eat it. You can serve it with fresh noodles or any other kind of pasta.
The second recipe is a hash brown casserole with sauerkraut. I layered hash browns, sauerkraut, and a homemade cream cheese mixture. The casserole is then topped with cheese and baked until golden brown.
Next up is ratatouille, a traditional French dish made with stewed vegetables like zucchini, eggplant, onions, and bell peppers. This dish can be served with rice or bread.
Another recipe is an Indian-style chickpea curry. The key to making this dish flavorful is using lots of spices like curry powder, coriander, cumin, and cloves. I used canned chickpeas and coconut milk to make the curry.
The last recipe is a hearty lentil soup that is perfect for cold days. I sautéed onions, carrots, and celery in a pot, then added in lentils, canned tomatoes, and vegetable broth. This soup can be stored in the freezer and reheated whenever you are in the mood for a warm and comforting meal.
Overall, prepping your meals ahead of time can save you lots of time and make your daily routine much easier. You don’t have to sacrifice healthy and fresh meals just because you are busy or don’t feel motivated to cook every day. I hope these recipes will inspire you to try prepping your meals ahead of time too. Thanks for watching!
