Musik is an important part of our lives, and today’s video explores something that many of you have been asking for a long time - my burger recipe. I’ve already delivered on the first half of my promise by creating an exciting video on burger brothers, which should already be online. And now, it’s time for the second half - my burger pettys recipe. So, you now have two videos that you can always refer to when you want to make burgers. Personally, I think burgers are an excellent opportunity to experiment with different ingredients. You can add caramelised onions, guacamole, use different meats, or even use chicken.
For the best burger patties, the most important ingredient is the meat. I recommend using 20% fat content as anything above that would be too greasy, and anything below would be too dry. Salt and onion granules are two other essential ingredients. While the salt is mandatory, I highly recommend trying onion granules as an optional ingredient. They add a unique flavour to the burger. Finally, freshly ground pepper is also a must-have ingredient.
The recipe itself is quite simple, really. The burger patties need just four ingredients - meat, salt, onion granules (optional), and pepper. Use high-quality meat, form it into a ball in your hands, flatten it out on a clean surface, and make a small hole in the middle. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before cooking for the best results.
To cook the burger patties, heat up a non-stick pan and place the patties in it without adding any oil. Flip them over after a few minutes, and cook them to your desired level of doneness. My personal favourite is to make caramelised onions, add cheese, and dab some barbecue sauce on top of the burger for extra flavour.
