And they’re so great because you can serve them with so many things, with lots of delicious toppings which I’ll show you later on. And for my dad’s pancakes, they’re also quick and easy to make. You don’t need many ingredients, and they’re also thin just like a dough.

Because the dough is so good, I need to put in 250 grams of flour, 20 grams of yeast, 20 grams of ground, cooled nuts, 300 milliliters of lukewarm milk, a spoonful of sugar, and a bit of salt to make it quick and easy. To make it, I just put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle. Then I add the yeast, spoonful of sugar and slowly pour in the lukewarm milk. I let it sit for 15 minutes before adding in the eggs and butter, then the dough rises beautifully.

After an hour, it’s nice and fluffy. Then, I put it in the skillet and fry it for about 50 minutes on low heat in the oven. After it’s cooked, I fill it with a Nutella filling, which is delicious. The flag I used was not induction-friendly, but it is still a bit old and works on any normal stove, glass, ceramic, or green. You can even use it on a grill in the summer.

To make it, I need wooden sticks and a little bit of oil to line them. I already cut up some delicious toppings, like bananas or with just powdered sugar, and some with blueberries that are really tasty. I just sprinkle powdered sugar on top with a little bit of vanilla, and it’s really delicious. You can get three full trays of pancakes out of the dough.

When it’s finished on one side, I use the wooden stick to flip it over to the other side. They’re really easy to make and are a delicious breakfast or snack. My dad’s pancakes are always a hit, and they’re really fun to make.
