Ingredients: - Ground beef - Ripe tomatoes - Kidney beans - Corn - Red bell pepper - Garlic - Chili - Onion - Tortillas - Tomato paste - Salt - Pepper - Oregano - Burrito spice mix - Sour cream - Iceberg lettuce

For the preparation, start by chopping the onions into small cubes. Then, chop the garlic finely or use a garlic press, whichever you prefer. Next, chop the red bell pepper into small pieces. For the chili, you can leave the seeds and the placenta if you like it spicy, or you can remove them if you prefer less heat.

Chop the iceberg lettuce into small pieces and set it aside. In a pan, heat some olive oil over medium heat, and add the ground beef.
