- 2 tomatoes

- Cut the tomatoes in small cubes and finely chop the onion and garlic clove.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, and the chopped ingredients for the dressing.
- Add the dressing to the sliced Chinakohl and mix well.
- Let it rest for a few minutes to let the flavors develop, then serve!

Ingredients:
- 12 large Chinakohl leaves

- 2 cloves of garlic

- salt, pepper, paprika
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and chop the onion and garlic finely.

- Roll the Chinakohl leaf around the filling, starting with the end with the filling.
- Place the rolls in a baking dish, drizzle with some olive oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
