Jjajang Cocktail
This cocktail is perfect for those who love a little bit of heat in their drink. Here’s what you’ll need:
- 2 oz Soju
- 2 oz Jjajangmyeon sauce
- 2 oz coke
- Soda water to top
To make this drink, simply mix Soju, Jjajangmyeon sauce, and coke in a shaker filled with ice. Pour the mixture over a glass filled with ice and top it off with some soda water. Garnish with a slice of lemon and enjoy!
Wild Berry Fizz Cocktail
If you’re a fan of berry drinks, then this is the cocktail for you. Here’s what you’ll need:
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz Chambord

- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz peach schnapps
- 2 oz orange juice
- 2 oz cranberry juice
- Orange slice, for garnish
To make this drink, simply combine vodka, peach schnapps, orange juice, and cranberry juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange slice, and sip on this yummy cocktail.
Thai Basil Chicken
This Thai dish is sure to be a hit in your household. Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
To make this dish, marinate chicken in soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar for at least 30 minutes (or overnight). Heat a large pan over medium-high heat, and add in the vegetable oil. When the oil is hot, add in the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until fragrant. Add in the marinated chicken, and cook until browned. Add in the sliced bell pepper, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. Finally, add in the Thai basil leaves and stir until wilted. Serve over some fluffy white rice, and dig in!

This fragrant and creamy shrimp dish will have you feeling like you’re dining at a fancy Thai restaurant. Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 lb shrimp, deveined and peeled
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp green curry paste
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup Thai basil leaves
To make this dish, heat a large pan over medium-high heat, and add in the coconut oil. When the oil is hot, add in the green curry paste, and stir until fragrant. Add in the can of coconut milk, fish sauce, and sugar, and stir until combined. Bring the mixture to a simmer, and then add in the red bell pepper and shrimp. Cook until the shrimp is opaque and cooked through. Finally, add in the Thai basil leaves and stir until wilted. Serve over some white rice, and enjoy this yummy dish that’s sure to impress.
