Hey y’all, I got some delicious recipes to share with you! These are some of my favorite meals to cook up in the kitchen. Check ’em out:

First up, we got some good ol’ fashioned ground beef. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet
  2. Add the onion and bell pepper and cook until tender
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes and spices
  4. Simmer for 10-15 minutes
  5. Serve over rice or with crackers

This soup is hearty and delicious. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup chopped leeks

  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot
  2. Add the onion, carrots, and leeks and cook until tender
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, and spices
  4. Simmer for 30-40 minutes
  5. Serve with some crusty bread on the side

If you’re looking for a baby food recipe, try this one out:

  • 1 cup cooked ground beef
  • 1 cup puréed sweet potato
  • 1/4 cup puréed spinach
  • 1/4 cup puréed peas

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Mix well
  3. Serve to baby at room temperature

This stuffed pepper recipe is a crowd pleaser. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 6 bell peppers
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 slices of bacon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Cut off the tops of the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes
  3. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until browned
  4. Add the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, and spices
  5. Stuff the peppers with the beef mixture and place in a baking dish
  6. Wrap each pepper with a slice of bacon
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the bacon is crispy and the peppers are tender

This soup is perfect for any time of year. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 can of sauerkraut

  • 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until softened
  2. Add the chicken broth, sauerkraut, apples, and spices
  3. Simmer for 20-30 minutes, or until the apples are tender
  4. Remove from heat and blend with an immersion blender until smooth
  5. Add the sour cream and stir until well combined
  6. Season with more salt and pepper if desired

Finally, we got some ham and beef roll-ups in tomato sauce. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 lb thinly sliced ham
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, and onion
  3. Divide the mixture into 8 portions
  4. Roll each portion around a slice of ham to form a roll-up
  5. Place the roll-ups in a baking dish and pour the tomato sauce over them
  6. Sprinkle with oregano, basil, and garlic powder
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the meat is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly
