Ingredients:
- 1 package (16 ounces) spaghetti
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, spaghetti sauce mix and water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
- Drain spaghetti. Add to beef mixture; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
