Grillgemüse mit Balsamico-Reduktion
For this recipe, you’ll need:
- Zucchini
- Paprika
- Karotten
- Zwiebeln
- Champignons
- Knoblauch
- Olivenöl
- Salz und Pfeffer
- Balsamico
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Cut all the veggies into bite-sized pieces and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for 5-8 minutes or until the veggies are tender and slightly charred.
For the balsamic reduction, heat up some balsamic vinegar in a saucepan over medium-high heat until it’s reduced by half. Drizzle it over the grilled veggies and serve.

- Joghurt

- Zitronensaft
