Instructions:

  1. Combine the flour and dry yeast in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Heat up the milk in a small saucepan until it’s warm (not hot) and then pour the milk into the mixing bowl with the flour and yeast.
  3. Add the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar to the mixing bowl and mix everything together with a spoon or spatula.
  4. Crack the eggs into a separate bowl, whisk them together, and then add the eggs to the mixing bowl.
  5. Add a pinch of salt to the mixing bowl and mix everything together until you have a smooth batter.
  6. Cover the mixing bowl with a kitchen towel and let it sit in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  7. Heat up your waffle maker and grease it with a little bit of butter or cooking spray.
  8. Pour some of the batter onto the hot waffle maker and cook the waffle for about 3-4 minutes or until it’s golden brown and crispy.

  • Pfeffer
  • 1-2 EL Öl

Instructions:

  1. Clean the duck thoroughly and remove any excess fat. Pat the duck dry with paper towels.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/390°F.
  2. Separate the cauliflower into florets and cut off the stems.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and some black pepper.
  4. Whisk in the water and plant milk until you have a smooth batter.
