Aiiight, today we’re talkin’ ‘bout some finger food recipes that are easy to whip up for any occasion whether it’s a party, a picnic or a Netflix and Chill night. We got some pizzaschnecken with bacon, blätterteigschnecken and some marmorkekse to satisfy that sweet tooth. Let’s get cookin’!
Pizzaschnecken with Bacon
These babies are gonna make your taste buds DANCE. You ready?
### Ingredients:
- 1 package of puff pastry
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out puff pastry and spread tomato sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese, bacon, bell pepper and onion on top of tomato sauce.
- Roll up tightly and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Blätterteigschnecken
Now let’s move onto some blätterteigschnecken. Great for any occasion and oh so delicious!
### Ingredients:
- 1 package of puff pastry
- 4 tablespoons of pesto
- 4 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out puff pastry and spread pesto and cream cheese on top.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and basil on top of cream cheese.
- Roll up tightly and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Marmorkekse
Who doesn’t love a good cookie? These marmorkekse are quick and easy to make but oh so satisfying.
### Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a baking sheet, alternating between chocolate and vanilla batter.
- Use a toothpick to swirl the batter to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 14-16 minutes or until set.
