Lammlachse Rezept von Dennis Wilms – ZS Verlag
For this recipe, we’ll need the following ingredients:
- 2 lammlachse (lamb chops)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
First, let’s prepare the lamb chops. Mix together some salt, pepper, and olive oil in a small bowl. Rub this mixture all over the lamb chops, making sure to fully coat each one. Let the chops sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavor to fully infuse into the meat.
Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Finely chop the garlic and rosemary and add it to the skillet. Once the garlic starts to sizzle, add the lamb chops to the skillet. Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes, or until the chops are cooked to your desired degree of doneness.
Remove the chops from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes. This will allow the juices to redistribute inside the meat.
Serve with roasted vegetables, potatoes or any side dish of your choice. Enjoy!
